Mandy Douglas

Mandy has been supporting psychometric testing for 20 years and has worked with BLA for 9 years. She has been involved in the facilitation, scoring, reporting, and feedback for firefighter candidates, and has recently moved into a consultant role. She also has a longstanding career in education and instructional design for healthcare workers, with a specialty in Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics testing processes. In her spare time, she has spent the last decade as a volunteer with the adoption and contracts team at VOKRA, a B.C. based non-profit cat rescue organization.
